!) How to reject/unconfirm an confirmed application?

A)

Rejection – Rejecting the applications.

Unconfirm – Resetting the applications to “yet to confirm”.

There is an option given for the PD level as “unconfirm the confirmed applications”. In this link select the id and you can unconfirm/reject by selecting the “unconfirm”/”reject” option against that id.By doing so that particular application is reset to the “yet to confirm”/”rejected both in the CDPO and PD levels.

3)How to change an application where the year is wrongly entered and need to be shifted to another year?

A) There is a link in the PD level as “Change/Shift year of an application” where id and year is entered after submit the target year is to be entered and press submit to change the Year.You will be displayed an id and year after submitting which is the changed id for that application.

 

4)How to enter non-traceable Applications?

A)While editing/entering the Application for enrollment there is an option “Application Traced” [ YES/NO] Select “No” If that application is not traced when you go to field to get the information.(migrated cases).

 

5)How to handle death cases?

A)There is a link given in both CDPO and PD roles as “Verify Deaths” .Enter the particular id and year of the application where death occurred.Before entering the death cases a scanned copy of the death certificate (in JPEG,GIF format) is to be kept ready .

 

6)How to handle Objections?

A)There is a link given in both CDPO and PD roles as “Verify Objections” .Enter the particular id and year of the application to be objected.Select whether both/first girl /second girl is to be objected and click submit to save .

 

7)What to do if  Anganwadi Centers not displayed in the “Enrollment of Girl Child”?

A) Anganwadi centers data can be entered in the link “Anganwadi details entry”.Then Anganwadi centers are displayed automatically in the “enrollment of Girl child “ link.

 

8)What to do if Anganwadi Center is wrongly place – It is placed in a different project ?

A) Anganwadi centers data can be entered or updated  in the link “Anganwadi details entry”.Click the “Edit” button to update.Select the .Then Anganwadi centers are displayed automatically in the “enrollment of Girl child “ link.

 

9)When to reject an Application?’

A) Rejection can be done in the “Verify Enrolled Applications”  duplication entry or entry mistake


10)How to know the status of an application?

A) There is a link “Know the Status of an Application” . The Application Id and year is to be entered and the status of the Application can be viewed.

 

11.What do you mean by a family photo?

A) Family photo means A photo with the eligible girls along with the parents need to be attested by the AWW /CDPO ,scanned and to be uploaded

 

12)  How to generate/print Certificates?

A)  Click on “Generate Certificates ID Wise” and type the range of certificates (from and to ids) and also the year of enrollment.Click on “Submit” button to generate the Certificates.

 

13) How to check whether the certificate is correctly printed or not?

A) In the certificate check all the details with the manual application details.If it matches then Certificate is correct.

 

14) What are the precautions to be taken while printing the certificate?

A) The Following are the precautions to be taken while printing the certificate.

 

·        Check whether the CDPO Name is correct or not.

·        Check whether the PD Name is correct or not

·        Check all the Beneficiary details like name & date of birth of the child parents details and their family income.

·        If the girl is an orphan check whether the guardian name is properly printed or not.

·        If the girl is disabled check for the disability type and percentage of disability.

·        Check whether the phots are matching with the manual applications photos.

·        Check whether the department’s emblem is displayed on the first page as a watermark.


15) What to do when Department’s Emblem is not displayed on the first page.

A)  To resolve this issue, enable the Print background colors and images option:

  1. In Internet Explorer, click Internet Options on the Tools menu, and then click the Advanced tab.
  2. In the Settings box under Printing, click the Print background colors and images check box, and then click OK.

16) What to do If CDPO Name is not correct

A)  There is a link in the PD menu to edit the CDPO names.Projectwise CDPO names are displayed and click on "edit" link to change the CDPO name.
